Hey All! As I'm sure you know, this Friday is our next book club meeting. Since nearly everyone in our group was probably also invited to Jaxon's bonfire party, I wanted to make sure people were still planing to come out for book club. I hate to do this, but if everyone is planning on going to the bonfire party, do you want to change the date?
I'd prefer not to start changing dates, but if necessary, Ray and I could do Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday night next week. Thoughts?
And, is the same location as the last to meetings OK with everyone. Please respond asap. Thanks!

Hey Mel thanks for the heads up. I've got dinner plans on Sunday but could be free on Mon (preferably) or Tues if we reschedule. The bonfire sounds like fun! Liz

ReplyDeleteHi Mel,
I was going to write you an e-mail about the book club/bonfire conflict. Although I would definitely like to do both, I'm not sure it's feasible/reasonable to attempt to do both in the same night. Since I could actually use a bit more time to finish the book, I would support changing the date in this case. Sunday the 16th could work for me, but not next Monday or Tuesday. Sunday the 23rd could also be an option. That same coffeeshop location is fine with me! I'll look forward to hearing what the group decides.
See you soon,
John
Hey Mel, how about a Sunday brunch? I know Kasey always has PAWS and yoga in the afternoon and I have family dinners Sunday nights, but brunch is always good!
