Oryx and Crake

If any one wants to miss out on the library wait list, I have a copy you can borrow. Just holler at me...

Next Book: Oryx and Crake!

Hey All! The votes are in and it looks like Oryx and Crake is the winner (with three votes, just beating Dorian Gray's two votes). I checked the library and there's a wait list, but there seem to be a lot of cheap copies at used book stores.

I hope to see you all on May 14. Does the same coffee shop work for everyone, or should be try to pick a new location?

Edit:

May 14, not May 11. The second Friday in May.

New Poll

Hey All! There is a new book poll. Please vote by Sunday (April 11). I never heard any new suggestions for this time around, so I just revisited previously suggested books.

Our next book club meeting is set for May 14, so we'll have a month to read the next book.

I hope the discussion for The Dante Club went well. I was really sorry to miss it, and to miss seeing all of you. Hope to see you soon!
